As this week is learning all about cold drinks, Monday is devoted to discussing and learning about the refrigerated section of the location. There is more than one type of ice and you will identify which ice type should be used for each drink. Additionally, for cold coffee based drinks, you will learn about the process of cold brewing so that you are fully aware of how to make that perfect cold brew that keeps customers raving about the products!
